Peter Johnston

Peter Johnston is a native of the Research Triangle area. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina (BSBA) and Brooklyn Law School (JD), and is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and New York.

Peter represents clients charged with criminal offense and infractions, including traffic offenses, misdemeanors, and felonies, as well as probation violations. He also represents clients on a range of civil matters, both in court and before administrative agencies such as the Division of Motor Vehicles. He has been a litigator since he graduated from law school, and is dedicated to helping his clients. He takes the time to explain his clients’ cases to them, and will take their case to trial if necessary.
