I believe that it is in everyone’s best interest to attempt to resolve disputes prior to resorting to litigation, and strive to do so. However, if it is not possible to resolve the case in a manner that is fair and acceptable to our clients, I then believe that litigation is necessary and appropriate, and will fight to protect our clients.

Billing Practices
Daniel Meier, takes great pride in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with his clients and strives to establish a long-term relationship, with satisfied clients who will refer others to him.
As part of this belief, we charge an hourly rate that is often below the rates charged by other attorneys in the area, bills in tenth of an hour increments, does not charge for routine overhead expenses such as in-house copying, routine legal research, postage for letters, facsimile transmissions, long distance telephone calls, or mileage within Orange, Durham, and Wake counties. We will also work with you on alternate billing/payment arrangements if necessary.
